programme description
Richard uses a range of lens-based and digital media in his work. In these sessions he will encourage children to communicate in a very direct and visual way and to expand their creativity. Digital art is very relevant to this age group because it allows children to create images without being daunted by technical processes.  It also allows children to combine different media such as drawing, painting, photography, video and audio, into one artwork. Children can create amazing results over a short space of time.  In the past groups have made photo stories, short films and animated cartoons.
