La Baracca - Feather and Stone/ The Colours of Water

Feather and Stone are natural opposites, like fire and water. In this rich sensory universe, opposites need each other to exist; light needs dark, fullness needs emptiness. Using simple language, both English and Italian, two performers create this gentle and charming show through a beautiful combination of light, music, sound, movement and dance that will enchant young and old alike and help them appreciate the power of opposites.

'The Colours of Water' is a beautiful performance to excite the senses. Rainwater has suddenly brought the hidden garden to life. Fountains and basins are full to the brim. Fruit, leaves, trees and plants have dusted off their colours and two water-seekers gather rain to experiment with creating their very own rainbow. This play allows the audience to experience the magic of rainbows - light, sound, images and movement enliven young children's sense and their imagination!
