Our professional programme works with Somerset venues to put on high quality dance. We also co-commission work and residencies and generate opportunities for networking and professional development, training, mentoring and support.

We provide different ways to help support and develop Somerset based artists. Networking and training days, workshops and professional class opportunities with resident and visiting artists, are all posted on the danceandtheatresomerset.net website as soon as they are confirmed.
We send out a monthly e-newsletter to all our subscribers to highlight what's coming up each month: performances and opportunities. Do register with us if you would like to receive this e.newsletter.
Take Art offer annual events to assist regional artists in developing their projects from concept to production, as well as advice sessions, all of which are announced on our website and through our monthly e-newsletter.
If you would like to talk about your project to the experienced staff at Take Art, do email us and we will do our best to support you.
