You will be emailed within 2 days of your application to tell you whether you have been given a free ticket. Free tickets will be awarded to the first 10 people who return this application form. If you are lucky enough to be given a free ticket please arrive in good time on the night of the performance with a proof of age card, driving licence or passport. If you cannot make it to the performance please contact Take Art on 01460 249450 in advance. |

These free tickets are being given away as part of a National scheme run by Arts Council England and they would like to know how you feel about getting free tickets to shows. Arts Council England have asked Audiences Yorkshire to collect responses from you but we need your permission to allow them to either email or post you a survey. Please answer the Third Party Consent questions telling us whether it is OK for Audiences Yorkshire to contact you.
