Step Change is a two and a half year dance and health project for adults, young adults and young people, including a specific strand for older people and another for adults with a learning disability. It has been designed to address some of the issues identified by a range of policies - local, regional and national - in terms of the government's drive towards a fitter, more active, healthier nation. |
