Step Change is a two and a half year dance and health project for adults, young adults and young people, including a specific strand for older people and another for adults with  a learning disability. It has been designed to address some of the issues identified by a range of policies - local, regional and national - in terms of the government's drive towards a fitter, more active, healthier nation.

 
 

For details of where workshops are taking place for

  • young people (aged 5-14 yrs),
  • young adults/new youth dance groups (aged 15-19 yrs),
  • adults (aged 20-50 yrs)
  • and older adults (aged 50+)

  Training is a core strand of Step Change with the delivery of an OCN Dance Leaders in the Community course over the coming months.
